Alfredo Gonzalez

CEO

Alfredo brings experienced leadership and demonstrated standards and certifications expertise to INCCert. In 2002, Alfredo joined Control Union as an organic product auditor. Six months later, he became Peru's commercial manager, developing global GAP standards for Ecuador, Costa Rica, Peru Colombia, and the Dominican Republic.

In 2010, Alfredo began developing tailor-made sustainability certification programs for agricultural commodities like sugar cane, soybeans, biofuels, and forestry products at the behest of manufacturers like Phillip Morris, Unilever, Kellogs, and Nestle.

Adrian Zelski

Founder/Executive Director

A lifelong environmental advocate, Adrian founded INCCert to support the market adoption of emerging climate-smart commodities.

Adrian has 7+ years of experience in the hemp industry and 18+ years in the music industry previously as both a performer and upper-level management. He served as a principal owner and Chief Business Development Officer at High Grade Hemp Seed. Concurrently, Adrian served as a founding member and President of Center Pivot Group, a matchmaking company that worked with best-in-class farmers and producers to end buyers in the hemp supply chain. He was also a founding member of iHempX and played a key role in strategy, investments, and innovation for the International Hemp Exchange.

Jessica Scott

Managing Director

Jessica, a lifelong Midwest resident with a deep-rooted connection to agriculture, launched her career in marketing and business development within the natural food product industry. Her journey quickly led her to the realm of startup hemp companies following the 2014 Farm Bill. With over a decade of experience, Jessica excels in optimizing supply chains, navigating complex regulatory landscapes, and refining business strategies.

She has held several leadership roles, including Executive Director of the INHIA, Board Secretary for the HFC, and proxy Vice President of the U.S. Hemp Farming Alliance. Notably, Jessica has authored successful applications for new feed ingredients at both the FDA-CVM and state levels. Her expertise lies in bridging the gap between food and feed ingredients and the marketplace, resulting in thriving supply chains and successful commercial ventures. Jessica's passion for education shines through her captivating speaking engagements. An ardent advocate for innovation, she believes in leveraging existing resources to achieve unprecedented accomplishments.

Jimena Alfageme

Program Director

Jimena is a passionate advocate for environmental movements and human rights, known for her strong leadership and commitment to effecting change. She has a diverse background spanning HR, Marketing, Sales, Administration, and Logistics. Her expertise in Certifications and commitment to customer service further enhance her ability to help with the successful implementation of the RHS program and drive positive change.

Lorena Antunez de Mayolo

Textiles Division Director

Lorena Antunez Mayolo holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Marketing. With 15 years of experience as the CEO of a vertical textile company, she has collaborated with renowned brands such as Marc Jacobs, Converse, Levi's, and Lacoste.

Since 2019, Lorena has been a certified Lead Auditor for textile standards including GOTS, GRS, RCS, OCS, GOLS, RDS, RWS, RAS, and RAF. Over the years, she has conducted more than 200 audits across Canada, the USA, and Latin America.

In her role as an independent consultant, Lorena has worked closely with textile companies, assisting them in achieving their certification goals within North and Central American markets.

Eric Singular

Industrial Hemp Director

Eric's passion drives him to collaborate with cross-discipline professionals leading the way toward a carbon-negative future by utilizing nature-based solutions. Since 2018, he has worked with farmers, processors, regulators, researchers, and businesses on the large-scale adoption of industrial hemp as a new rotational crop and agricultural commodity in the United States.
