Farzana Kennedy is the Chief Executive Officer of INCCert, where she leads the organization’s mission to establish trusted standards for compliance, transparency, and product quality across regulated and emerging industries. With over 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical sciences, regulatory strategy, and business operations, she brings deep expertise in navigating complex compliance landscapes and building high-integrity certification systems.

Farzana has led successful ventures in both healthcare and regulated product markets, guiding companies through licensing, audits, quality assurance, and multi-jurisdictional compliance. Her background in pharmacy and medical cannabis, combined with her leadership in policy and standards development, uniquely positions her to oversee the growth of INCCert as a credible and forward-looking certifying body.

Under her leadership, INCCert is setting the benchmark for responsible business practices—helping companies meet evolving regulatory demands while building consumer trust through transparency and accountability.

Eric Singular President

Eric is a passionate business leader driving innovation, market growth, and adoption of natural fibers and specialty oilseeds. His work in agricultural diversification and sustainable alternatives began in 2018.

As President of INCCert, Eric leads the strategic direction and management of our certification programs and consulting services, ensuring the successful adoption of industrial hemp and other climate-smart materials across diverse industries.

Jessica Scott Managing Director

Jessica, a lifelong Midwest resident with a deep-rooted connection to agriculture, launched her career in marketing and business development within the natural food product industry. Her journey quickly led her to the realm of startup hemp companies following the 2014 Farm Bill. With over a decade of experience, Jessica excels in optimizing supply chains, navigating complex regulatory landscapes, and refining business strategies.

She has held several leadership roles, including Executive Director of the Indiana Hemp Industries Association (HIA), Board Secretary for the Hemp Feed Coalition (HFC), and proxy Vice President of the U.S. Hemp Farming Alliance. Notably, Jessica has authored successful applications for new feed ingredients at both the FDA-CVM and state levels. Her expertise lies in bridging the gap between food and feed ingredients and the marketplace, resulting in thriving supply chains and successful commercial ventures. Jessica's passion for education shines through her captivating speaking engagements. An ardent advocate for innovation, she believes in leveraging existing resources to achieve unprecedented accomplishments.

Jimena Alfageme Program Director

Jimena is a passionate advocate for environmental movements and human rights, known for her strong leadership and commitment to effecting change. She has a diverse background spanning HR, Marketing, Sales, Administration, and Logistics. Her expertise in Certifications and commitment to customer service further enhance her ability to help with the successful implementation of the RHS program and drive positive change.

Lorena Antunez de Mayolo holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Marketing. With 15 years of experience as the CEO of a vertical textile company, she has collaborated with renowned brands such as Marc Jacobs, Converse, Levi's, and Lacoste.

Since 2019, Lorena has been a certified Lead Auditor for textile standards, including GOTS, GRS, RCS, OCS, GOLS, RDS, RWS, RAS, and RAF. Over the years, she has conducted more than 200 audits across Canada, the USA, and Latin America.

In her role as an independent consultant, Lorena has worked closely with textile companies, assisting them in achieving their certification goals within North and Central American markets.
